Registration Fees

Eastern Europe countries are: Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Moldova, Macedonia, Ukraine, Georgia.

Proof of student or fellow status should be sent with registration form and shown at the registration desk.

Registration fees include: taxes, name badge, admission to all scientific sessions, programme, welcome cocktail, and refreshments.

The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. In order to avoid confusion due to mail or bank delays advance registration will close on 15th May 2008.

Terms of payment for registration fees

• All participants must be registered
• All payments must be made in Euro (€)
• Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment link) or bank transfer
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by AU CNS.
  A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
