Group Registration
Please read the following instructions carefully before making a group registration
- Please note that the on-line registration can only be used to register individual delegates.
- Group registration is only possible for companies or travel agencies wishing to register delegates for the meeting.
- Registrations will not be accepted without the work or home address of each delegate.
Payment
- Registration must be accompanied by full payment.
- If payment of the registration fee has not been received prior to 15th May 2008 your delegates will have to pay on-site in order to obtain their meeting documents.
- Shortly after receipt of your finalized registration you will be sent a confirmation, group overview and an invoice for your registrations. Please check these documents carefully and contact ti.gi. srl if you have questions or remarks.
Cancellations
Prior to April 30th, 2008: € 50,00 - will be witheld
Between April 30th, 2008 and May 15th, 2008: 50% refund
After May 15th, 2008: no refund will be given
Collection of registration documents
Collective pick-up (by a representative of your company/ travel agency)
When you register a group and wish to pick up your delegates' meeting documents, we strongly suggest that you make an appointment. Please contact the registration department (phone: +39 0564 412038) if you wish to make an appointment.
Individual pick-up (by the delegate)
If your delegates are going to collect their meeting documents individually at the pre-registration desk, you will receive a separate confirmation for each delegate. Please make sure your delegates receive these confirmations. Meeting documents will only be handed out upon presentation of a registration confirmation.
